How does the upgrade process work?

  • After purchase, the upgrade will be registered to your existing Alibre account.
  • You will have access to the latest versions and can download them directly from the Alibre portal.

If more than a year has passed since your last maintenance contract

If your Alibre maintenance contract has expired, you will need to pay a reinstatement fee before activating the upgrade. This fee restores the continuity of maintenance and gives you immediate access to all the latest Alibre versions.

Maintenance reinstatement includes:

  • All updates and version upgrades to date
  • 12 months of new maintenance and technical support
  • Access to software downloads and license management
  • Reinstatement of expired maintenance period

When is a reinstatement fee required?

  • If more than 12 months have passed since your last maintenance package.
  • If you want to start using the latest versions of Alibre again
