How to get a refund?

Send a email to info@alibre.ee within 30 days of your purchase.

We will process your refund within 7 business days.

Exception: maintenance renewal

Refunds are not available for standalone maintenance renewals.
A standalone maintenance renewal is defined as a purchase of a year of Alibre maintenance for your product when it is not purchased as part of a new license.
